These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the 8jbet online sports betting and casino platform ("Platform"), operated under the brand name 8jbet and accessible at https://8jbet.cam ("Website"). By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("User", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with the operator of the 8jbet Platform ("Operator", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location. Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Operator does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available for lawful use in Pakistan or any other specific country or territory.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
3.1 By completing the account registration process, ticking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.
3.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
3.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the Operator.
4.1 To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
4.2 The Operator reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are found not to be satisfied.
5.1 You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account. You are required to update your Account information promptly whenever any change occurs.
5.2 The Operator will conduct KYC verification in accordance with its compliance obligations. KYC may include, but is not limited to, verification of your identity (government-issued photo ID), proof of address, source of funds and proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
5.4 Only one Account is permitted per individual person, per household and per device. The Operator may use technical measures including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure.
6.1 Funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits.
6.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, and the payment methods available at any given time, are published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change without advance notice.
6.3 Payment method references made in connection with the Platform — including references to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. The Operator does not represent that all referenced payment methods are available at all times, and does not hold formal partnerships with or endorsements from any such payment provider.
6.4 Where cryptocurrency is used as a deposit method, the User acknowledges the inherent volatility of cryptocurrency values. Cryptocurrency deposit values will be converted to PKR or the applicable account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The Operator accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the Operator. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completion of KYC will be held pending until verification is complete.
7.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period are set by the Operator and published on the Platform's withdrawal page. These limits are subject to change.
7.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, any resulting withdrawable winnings are subject to the maximum cash-out limits specified in the relevant promotional terms.
7.5 The Operator reserves the right to withhold, delay or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC or an ongoing investigation.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers ("Promotions") offered by 8jbet are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
8.2 The following key terms apply to all Promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:
8.3 The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, coordinated play with other users, use of automated tools or any other manipulative technique — is prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
9.1 All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific market rules published for each sport and event type. Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy and bilateral Pakistan series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the Platform's help section.
9.2 In the event of a technical error, system failure or manifest pricing error affecting a market, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to user accounts. The Operator's decision on such matters is final.
9.3 The Operator reserves the right to limit, refuse or restrict any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider knowledge or any other integrity concern.
9.4 Casino games are operated by software providers whose return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published on the Platform where available. RTP percentages are statistical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual user session.
10.1 The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to set personal limits on their gambling activity using the tools available within their Account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and cooling-off periods.
10.2 Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Users who self-exclude must not attempt to register new accounts to circumvent the exclusion.

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
12.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, interface designs and data compilations — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content.
13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
13.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
13.3 The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in this section limits or excludes the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
14.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (without limitation): breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, duplicate account usage, or regulatory requirements.
14.2 Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of bonuses and subject to any applicable investigations) will be returned to the user via the method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC.
14.3 You may close your own Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and licensed. Users are advised to confirm the applicable jurisdiction by contacting support.
15.2 Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.3 This clause does not override mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.
16.1 The Operator may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated review date. Where an amendment is material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure.
